Ombú Building, is proposed as a Boutique building, striking architecture and by exposure to Av Andres Bello (40 meters wide), with sweeping views over the Mapocho River, Cerro San Cristóbal and the future Costanera Center . The building is located on Avenida Andrés Bello, between Calle Andres de Fuenzalida and The Urbinas.

Posed an architecture and cutting edge design with an attractive game resulting volumetric study of the rules of the site. His proposal attempts to generate materials noble contrasts between concrete and black alucobond technological.

North and East facades formulated a bankruptcy soles glazed arranged transverse to the façade and vertically, with horizontal serigraphs trying to diminish the effects of the sun. In both its south facade works through a series of regular drilling and west is left virtually opaque to avoid the high temperatures generated this orientation.

From 10 stories high and five underground, the building presents three offices per floor of 130 m2 and 90 m2. Its name comes from the tree growing on the bank of the river to the height where the building projects.
