EDUARDO GUTIERREZ

Starts his career in CBRE Corporate Finance working with Adolfo Ramirez-Escudero (actual CBRE Chairman). He also worked in Knight Frank as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Department, taking part of deals such as Reyal-Urbis Portfolio in Castellana. After tha worked on Grupo Moraval as a Commercial Manager, taking part on the Development and selling of Caoba Building, sold at Gesmadrid Fund, as well as Julian Camarillo, 34, sold at AXA REIM, among others.
In 2007 creates BULLROCK, moving to Chile to iniate his real estate business with relevant partners such as SOCOVESA. During this period, he has developed office buildings, being sold to companies such as Credit Suisse, Metlife, Intersystems and Chilean Family offices.

He is graduate in Business Administration for San Pablo CEU University and South Bank University in London .

JAIME LOPEZ

DIRECTOR

Starts his career in Knight Frank in 2001, working for more than ten years being Director of Agency, Hight Street Retail and Capital Markets. He participated in large transactions and closed important deals with clients such as Reyal Urbis, Metrovacesa, Colonial, among others.
Jaime is currently Asset & Property Manager in HISPANIA – AZORA GESTIÓN SGIIC SA
He is Director of Bullrock from 2013 and covers part of the Spain Market. He has MBA in Real Estate Companies from Instituto de Empresa (Madrid).

JOSE MIGUEL RAWLINS

DIRECTOR

Starts his career ounding Egroup (entertainment industry), being in the business for fifteen years. After that he found Inversiones Urbanas as a partner of Guillermo Harding (Cruz Verde Pharmacy). Jose Miguel has strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate Commercial Developments and Master Development in Chile, Colombia and Peru.

He is also YPO Member . He is graduate in Business Administration for Universidad de los Andes of Santiago.
